friendly staff complimentary items street noise quieter environment
the staff was friendly. i found complimentary items to be a nice touch.
the room i had was surprisingly noisy. i could hear everything from the street below, difficult to sleep at times. i expected a quieter environment, especially considering the hotel's supposed reputation.
