Staff was friendly and really had great knowledge of the island. location was excellent. Really close to the ferry port to valletta and the bus station was great because had connections around the island. the room was large, i liked the wardrobe space, there was air conditioning and a large tv.
breakfast was served next door and it was a little bad. products were very low quality.

the room was spacious and includes a large comfortable bed. the balcony provides an excellent view i really enjoyed. the room was cleaned daily and i have fresh towels provided as well as regularly changed bedding.

the lady at the front desk helped us immediately. she gave plenty information about places we must visit. the hotel location allows easy access to the bus and ferry stations. food was delicious at the hotel restaurant, the pasta was best.
before i booked, i call about parking. i was told they had parking, but only one place has it. i carried three suitcases blocks away. instant coffee was available and not pods.

the location was very central. Breakfast was included, it was at the restaurant next door. I found the staff helpful and pleasant.
the hallways had a STRONG old smell. i felt the bed was really uncomfortable. i could feel strings in my back, it was super hard. the shower door was broke, water flowed over.
