the location is fantastic! it is close to everything. the staff helped me with directions! and even gave recommendations for local spots. my room had a cozy sitting area and i loved the view. breakfast had many options and everything tasted delicious.
the tv instructions in my room were a bit confusing.

the food was delicious both at breakfast and dinner i enjoyed the quality of all the dishes. the staff were cute helpful and professional every member.
the bathroom was very small it was difficult to move around the door. some areas in the bathroom looked a little worn like the grout.

The staff was enthusiastic. I was served promptly at mealtimes. the location allowed easy exploration. the subtropical garden offered a tranquil retreat with outdoor space, very welcome after windy beach visits. it really gave the place a special touch.
my allocated upgraded room faced the back of the hotel. the view included the kitchen extractor and walkway, not ideal. the lulworth cove inn offered a much cheaper rate for a bay view room, made me question the value.

the staff were friendly. i appreciate the helpful girl who assisted us with calling a cab. the hotel surprised us with biscuits and delicious cakes for our birthday getaway. it WAS a very lovely gesture.
the pillows in the room COULD be improved. i found them less comfortable than i expected. this is the only slight drawback i encountered .

The room felt quite cramped, it really did. i think it was the most expensive and smallest room i had during my trip. breakfast was a bit of a letdown too and the power supply was faulty. My uk plugs both blew out. the fuses tripped when i plugged in my phone charger, twice.
