The staff managed everything with excellence. The breakfast had delicious options. I liked the fresh pastries and the variety of cheeses available each morning.
The air conditioning in my room made strange noises during the night. I found it difficult to sleep soundly because of this constant disruption. I mentioned this to the front desk upon checkout, and they noted it for maintenance.

The hotel's central location made sightseeing very easy, it was close to major attractions. i appreciated the spa after long days of walking. the staff's friendliness stood out, and they were helpful with any requests i had.
i found the breakfast to be somewhat disappointing, especially the hot items. the eggs and bacon were often cold, and i thought seasoning was lacking. i did not find bold flavors from the food.

I appreciated the included transfer service at the start and end of my trip. Every staff member was helpful. I received a welcome cappuccino and early check-in. The hotel provided a to-go breakfast bag for my early flight. The location allowed easy walks to major attractions.
The hotel is far from the airport, though the train and bus worked. Next time, I will take a taxi for convenience.

The staff arranged a transfer service, great for starting and ending my trip. every staff member was excellent. I was greeted with a cappuccino upon arrival. i even received a to-go breakfast bag for my early flight. the location is central, very walkable to all the amazing sites.
My room was a bit smaller than advertised on the website. I wish the pictures were more representative.
