The check-in process included a welcome tea service. The room had bottled water and a nightly turndown service. I enjoyed the pool with provided sun loungers.

the rooms were comfortable, i found the bedding to be very pleasant.
I found the breakfast service to be slow. It took a considerable amount of time for the food to arrive. the nasi lemak lacked sufficient sambal and did not include chicken rendang or prawn. the portion sizes of the laksa and porridge were too small, a disappointment.

I found the building's authenticity excellent. This established hotel has much history. The staff anticipated my needs and overlooked nothing. The breakfast menu included food cooked to order. The offerings tasted very good.. Afternoon tea was superb too.
