a mixed stay. some good, some bad
warm minibar unknowledgeable staff
The breakfast buffet had many choices. It was pretty good.
the minibar was warm, not cold. it could not keep drinks cool! also, the staff didn't seem very knowledgeable. they had trouble solving simple problems.

excellent stay with excellent service
friendly staff clean room great breakfast infinity pool
i enjoyed the hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms they were very quiet and well-kept. the breakfast buffet offered many options including crepes waffles and omelets. the hotel has beautiful views and two infinity pools that were clean and huge.
the location is a bit isolated a longish drive is required to reach the beach and other attractions it's something to consider if you prefer being closer to the action.

clay craft restaurant features a wide breakfast spread with varied options for lunch and dinner. chefs curate culinary and soulful dishes ensuring meals are superb. wahyu rahayu and team made sure all guests ate well during breakfast and lunch.

the resort includes two large swimming pools suitable for both kids and adults to enjoy. a bar with views called r bar is available it also offers a scheduled shuttle to a beach facility. there are daily activities by the main pool.

fantastic resort experience
helpful staff world-class facilities great breakfast superb location
i found the staff excellent. the facilities are world class. breakfast offered many choices (it was 10/10). the hotel's location is close to places you want to see in uluwatu.
the hotel is large. i found it slightly annoying taking multiple lifts, sometimes three or four, to get out of the building.

cardio equipment friendly staff
the gym had dumbbells up to 30kg benches and adjustable cables it also had cardio equipment the breakfast buffet offered continental cuisine options i found the staff very helpful and friendly with activity suggestions.
i found it a little annoying having to take multiple lifts to get out of the hotel

the architecture and design were undeniably beautiful. the facilities were really good, and i felt welcomed by the helpful staff. the security gave me a sense of safety and peace of mind.
the hotel is a little far from the main beaches, so transport requires careful planning.

excellent stay!
attentive staff amazing infinity pool quality options free activities
the staff was attentive. i found the infinity pool to be amazing with great views. breakfast had a lot of quality options. i also liked the free activities like power stretching classes i tried with puja.
the hotel is a bit far from the main beaches and grab taxis were not readily available, but the hotel arranged transportation.

some issues impacted the stay
broken phone wedding noise
the anniversary cake included in our package was left uncovered it was also infested with ants upon arrival this ruined a special moment. the in-room phone did not function despite multiple requests for repair. wedding party noise near our room disturbed guests for over two hours front desk staff dismissed our concerns.
