great variety friendly staff excellent location
The breakfast was amazing!!! It had a great variety of foods. The staff was friendly and helpful. Mustapha was very kind. The location was excellent.

mixed feelings about the stay
poor sound isolation bathroom mould
the staff were very pleasant and helpful to me.
I stayed in a standard double room and it was loud. It was like i was in the corridor. zero sound isolation made it difficult to sleep, and the noise from outside was also very loud. there was also mould in the bathroom above the shower.

Charming stay in old town
kind staff fresh ingredients convenient refreshment clean pool area
The staff greeted me with such kindness. The breakfast included fresh ingredients. The hotel offered coffee stations on each floor. This made getting refreshments simple. I found the pool area very clean and the pool was nice.
The room, while sufficient, felt slightly cramped with luggage.

Staff were exceedingly helpful with directions and recommendations for local eateries the level of attentiveness enhanced my visit to the city. Every request was addressed promptly. I felt very cared for .

This hotel's situation offered easy access to important destinations. The hotel stood close to multiple restaurants and shops. I could explore many nearby sites on foot, as i loved the central positioning.

noise issues mold in bathroom
Our stay wasn't completely smooth. Room 1, a Standard Double Room, had significant noise issues. It was like a hallway because of how easily we heard everyone. There was mold in the bathroom above the shower. Breakfast starting at 8:30 was also annoying because we had to leave earlier and the provided lunch box contained just four tiny sandwiches. It was really not enough.
