smelly water expensive breakfast
I did not appreciate the tap water bottles. They smelled REALLY bad. The reservation staff asked us not to throw them away. The buffet breakfast was expensive and not worth the money.

underwhelming stay, poor service
rude receptionist poor breakfast
the location proved convenient.
The staff attitude was poor. One receptionist was rude during checkout. he acted annoyed when i asked questions, diminishing my experience. the breakfast quality disappointed. The selection seemed limited and not generous.

modern design friendly lady hotel gym
i stayed in a family room and it was really big the design was amazing and modern. i found a very nice lady who cooks breakfast and she was super friendly, she makes everything herself. the hotel gym had what i needed for a quick workout and i was so excited that there was a pool too.
the water pressure in the shower was a little low.

Really good Stay
complimentary drinks free coffee equipped fitness area downstairs pool
The room included complimentary soft drinks, a welcome surprise after arrival. I found free coffee and tea available in the lobby which I very much appreciated. The fitness area was well-equipped and clean. I also enjoyed the downstairs pool area a welcome bonus in the city.
The water pressure in the shower was lower than expected , made showering less refreshing.

The gym had a good selection of equipment including treadmills and weights. I noticed the pool area had several loungers with a shaded area which was nice. The hotel also provides complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the premises.

Breakfast included a wide array of choices, such as pastries and fresh fruit. I especially liked the coffee that they served. The staff was very attentive during the meal service and ensured everything was well-stocked.

reasonable experience
modern amenities excellent air conditioning perfumed soaps bad water
the hotel room was very comfortable with modern amenities and soap. the air conditioning was excellent, particularly in the heat.. we used the hammam and pool everyday. it helped us to relax.
the cleaning staff is excellent, although they use too much perfumed soaps and sprays on bedding. i also did not like their refillable tap water bottles in rooms. the water smelled really bad.
