magical decorationspacious roomexcellent service
I enjoyed the wreath making with a two-course meal. The building was decorated for Christmas and it looked very magical. The room was the right size for the amount of people. Staff made sure I was able to take everything away with me for a family member, as they were poorly and unable to make the night!

i visited the hotel with my friend for afternoon tea. there was a fantastic selection of sweet and savoury bites suitable for every taste. staff were very pleasant and offered a great value for money.
i booked a cosy double room and there was no bottled water in the room. i had no idea if room service was available or how to purchase drinks. the tv remote was away from the tv on a shelf.

my wedding anniversary involved a good two night stay. the hotel hosted several weddings and events, a testament to its popularity. signposts guided us effortlessly but it didn't interrupt our stay. the staff were helpful, efficient, and genuinely seemed happy in their roles.
during our stay, i found the bed mattress to be uncomfortably soft. as fans of firmer mattresses, this impacted our sleep quality. i informed the receptionist, who noted it, but i hoped for a more proactive response.

Absolutely Amazing Wedding Venue and Hotel!

My daughter's wedding took place here on April 3, 2024, and the experience was really good. We stayed the night before the wedding and had an evening meal. The food was AMAZING!!! Staff members are friendly and cannot do enough for you. All of the staff members were excellent on the wedding day, from our arrival to our departure.
