The location was central to many attractions and restaurants.
The photos of the room I booked misrepresented what I received. The materials under the mattress were ripped, and the extra bed was unstable. It was also tilted, an inconvenience when we returned late at night.

The room's upkeep was a bit disappointing. the bed felt really hard. It affected my sleep quality. i also noticed that the carpets seemed worn and not as clean as expected.

The hotel's location near the canals proved convenient. The room was very clean, contributing to a comfortable stay. I was actually surprised (and grateful!) when the staff allowed me to check in early. The breakfast offered a wide selection of well-prepared options.
The bathroom was rather small, and it felt a little cramped when trying to move around.

The hotel is near several bars and the Utilita Arena, so it is easy to find entertainment and dining options. It is a short walk from the Sea Life Centre, so families can access attractions. New Street station is also reachable via a walk.

The lobby was clean, modern, and cute. This is a good first impression. USB ports near the bed are a convenient addition, so it is easy to charge electronic devices. Rooms also included ironing boards and irons for guest use.

The reception area was clean right from the entrance. i found the staff to be friendly and polite. the room included subtle lighting . Plenty of storage space was available. breakfast was included and had a nice cooked selection with cereal.
I noticed the gym closes rather early each day. It would be more convenient with extended hours.
