i found the location very convenient to the utilita arena the walk was short i attended a concert there the tram stop outside was a plus it allowed easy access to the city centre i appreciated the convenience it offered. the room was clean it had a good layout i slept well. the breakfast was tasty i found the staff very helpful .
the noise level at night was a problem i could hear conversations outside the room this disrupted my sleep. i thought the separate toilet without a sink was inconvenient i had to walk to the bathroom to wash my hands. the shower was linked to the bath in a strange way it seemed connected to under sink plumbing the water leaked when i used it.

The hotel had clean rooms. The hotel was well organised. The breakfast offered everything imaginable. I was grateful that the staff helped me retrieve my laptop I left behind in two days. The service after my stay was great.
I found that one of the bedside lamps didn't work in my room. The lighting was poor. Electricity went out one evening just after 6pm.

The room included a sofa bed. The spacious room offered a big window. A good sized TV hung on the wall, it was a nice addition. The bathroom was a separate room.

The hotel location is central. This made access easy. The Utilita arena and Brindley Place were very close. The tram station was near the hotel. New Street train station was only a short tram ride.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The check in was very easy. A staff member named Goncalo greeted me upon arrival, and he was excellent.

The room provided courtesy items, including combs and sewing kits. I found an excellent selection of shower gels, shampoo, and soaps. One of the biggest TVs I have seen in a hotel room was in my room. The breakfast area was spacious, with access to hot food, tea, coffee, cereal, and croissants.
I found the room to be a bit dim.

The chefs provided lovely hospitality and a great experience. Fresh sushi rolls were a delight, and the ingredients used were fresh. The food was prepared with love, evident in every meal I ate .

The room was spacious and very clean, I noticed. I also appreciated the comfortable chairs and good decor within the room. The bathroom had new fittings with both a bath and shower, I was pleased to see, it looked new.

The hotel provides easy access to public transport which I found very useful. I could find many restaurants close to the hotel and this. Parking was available on site too.

The room included expected features like facilities for making tea and coffee plus a TV. The location proved convenient near Symphony Hall, the ICC, and various dining spots. On-site parking was available and very convenient. Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful.
The separate toilet and bathroom setup felt a bit unhygienic, because a sink was not immediately accessible after using the toilet.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with directions. the breakfast had a very good selection with many options. i found parking easy. It costs £18 for 24 hours in the underground lot! the reception team checked us in quickly and were quite cute.
i noticed the corridors had a musty smell. the foyer and bar area seemed newer than the rooms. the room felt old and tired, needing some paint.
