The air conditioning did not work properly. The room was too cold. i found out they had not had the heating working for weeks. the room temperature was not comfortable .

I had a privilege room. The room included a nice sofa. The shower had AMAZING pressure. I really liked that the hotel provided complimentary tea and coffee in the room.
The gym's air conditioning was not fully functional.
