the hotel's location provided easy access to both oxford street and soho. the staff exhibited friendliness and were always helpful with requests. my room was quite comfortable and featured cozy beds and pillows. the shower offered great pressure, and i appreciated the complimentary shampoo and body wash.
access to the rooms involved a narrow, steep staircase, which could pose a challenge for some.

i was'nt happy with how small the room was. it was a superior queen room, but it felt smaller than expected. also, the stairs to get to my room were pretty steep, and it was hard to carry my suitcase up them. i also noticed there wasn't a tv in the room, and i missed having that.

i found the room design beautiful the cleanliness was perfect. the bed provided really good comfort. the staff communicated helpfully via whatsapp it was very efficient.
the stairs lacked handrails i found this slightly difficult when carrying luggage.

the hotel felt more like an airbnb due to limited reception hours. there were steep stairs without handrails , made carrying luggage difficult. also there were no extra security locks on the door .

the room included air conditioning, a much needed amenity (it was a warm night). the beds and pillows were cozy. i found the shower powerful, which i definitely liked.
the separate entrance to the staircase felt a bit insecure upon my arrival.

the hotel's location was perfect. the bed was comfortable, and i slept very well. i appreciated the quiet street. It allowed for peaceful rest.
the staircase to the rooms was narrow. it made carrying large suitcases quite difficult.

I stayed in a beautiful double room. The room was very clean. the room felt really safe because the outside door is opened using a key fob, and only guests and staff have access.
