awful foodunfriendly staff
The food was not great. i had lunch when i arrived and it was awful. For 3 days i had a bad stomach. the staff weren't very friendly. they penny pinch, even wanting payment for wifi. This was the only hotel in a month i experienced this in. i was very disappointed.

mostafa at reception aided me in securing the correct room after some initial check-in difficulties. abdula assisted with my luggage, and the hotel manager ensured a smooth process. i received food from dinner despite arriving late. they also gave me the option to take food from breakfast for later, storing it in my room's fridge.
the safety box had faulty buttons, so it did not work . the room phone was also broken the whole time i was there

the room was spacious and well cleaned each day. the bed was very comfortable, providing good rest after a long day. it included air conditioning that worked perfectly, maintaining a comfortable temperature.

the staff demonstrated kindness and respect, always offering sincere smiles. waiters showed care and attention to children. bartenders remembered my favorite drinks and welcomed me with warmth.

the beach is clean, with soft golden sand. the hotel area is beautifully maintained and always clean. fresh flowers create a special atmosphere throughout the premises, a testament to the staff's effort.

The all-inclusive drinks are available throughout the day. The buffet had a wide selection of options. The swimming pool provides refreshing coolness. The sandy beach had plenty of sunbeds. Watershoes are recommended for swimming in the sea.
The room was not clean. The bathroom floor had hair loose strands, the mirror had visible water marks, and the bed headboard had dirty marks. The bedside lamps were very dusty, and the fridge did not work.

The breakfast buffet featured various dishes. They cooked some right in front of guests and provided fresh food. This service improved the overall eating experience. The hotel offers flexibility on excursions. They let me choose food from breakfast. I stored the food in my room fridge to eat later.

The rooms include air conditioning. My room included two beds. It also had a balcony. The room was clean and spacious. It included a safe for valuables, this detail gave me extra peace of mind.
