fantastic family fun
calm atmosphere spacious apartment helpful receptionist tasty food
i loved the access to all the sunny days resort facilities it was great. our two bedroom room was huge so much space we needed it. the staff were excellent and really friendly. the food tasted fantastic all day and you could always find something.
i found some of the furniture seemed slightly dated it didn't affect our stay too much

i was very impressed with the food options available at the main buffet restaurant with great variety. the restaurant also offered themed nights with cuisine from around the world it was so good. the outdoor dining area provided a relaxed atmosphere too.

the hotel has easy access to the beach you can walk right onto the sand. nearby shops and cafes provide options for exploration. i found the location perfect for a balance between relaxation and accessibility.

our apartment included two well sized bedrooms and a living area it was fantastic. the beds felt comfortable and fresh linens were provided daily. we liked the room's layout with ample space for luggage storage.

room cleaning daily cleaning helpful staff no restaurant difficult reservation dangerous traffic
I found the room cleaning to be consistent EVERY day. After the cleaning, the room always looked perfect. The hotel staff changed towels and replenished hotel shampoos daily. I also appreciated Mahmoud Gamea's help when I needed assistance.
The hotel FORGOT to mention there is no restaurant on site. A-la-carte restaurant reservations are difficult and limited to one per stay. I had to cross a road to reach the beach and other hotel facilities. The egyptian traffic did not respect the zebra crossing.

a serene escape
really good kindness special apartment
The hotel staff displayed really good kindness and a helpful attitude throughout my stay. mahmoud gamea, the housekeeping manager, were great to ensure my comfort. He. hamdy and captain abdelaliem were supportive too. i felt so welcomed.
I found the beach access a bit inconvenient as one must cross the road to reach it. the a/c units weren't functional upon arrival. I felt quite suffocated.

Everyday water replenishment ensured i never ran out of drinking water. the reception and night manager were very helpful. I was like my needs were prioritised. house keeping service worked really well, especially the manager.

The hotel offers disabled facilities for various needs. there are beach bars for drinks. big size restaurants are available. the complex provided lots of things for kids. We loved the water slides. night shows gave entertainment.

Wonderful Stay Experience
beach view attentive service
The beach view from my room was amazing... waking up to the sound of the waves was a trip highlight. The hotel is beautifully maintained. It blends comfort with style. The staff were very good too make sure I had everything needed. The location is steps away from the beach yet perfectly tranquil.
The room was dirty and shabby. I noticed the lack of tracks for strollers going up or down the stairs. It is a big shame for a family resort. Drinks were distributed in thin plastic glasses.

The staff are amazing, they assist with any query and are very polite. The night entertainment was on point for adults and children. There were plenty of water activities within the complex.

This is a big resort. It is really kind and helpful, and accessible with a trolley. You get water daily, and the room is fresh. The pool and beaches were amazing.
