positive stay at the beach
amazing beachgood foodnice poolsrestaurants reservations
i spent four nights here. kareem from housekeeping cleaned well. he was kind. the beach here is amazing. the food was usually good. pools are nice too. i used facilities in all the hotels. this was great. i made reservations for the restaurants. i liked the Italian restaurant.
the old rooms are not so nice. i hope i will get a renovated room next time.

also, the food was repetitive, a real let down considering the all inclusive deal. i wanted more local cuisine, not the same boring buffet every day.

The hotel maintained cleanliness, it was well looked after and located right by the sea. the entertainment team ensured the atmosphere was lively. many activities suited both adults and children. our room was cleaned daily. It was always a pleasure to return to a fresh and tidy space.
the music played quite loud until late at night one evening.

The reception staff remained helpful and cute. the bar staff were kind and friendly. lifeguards ensured everyone could enjoy the water safely. They were consistently vigilant, and cleaning team kept our room super clean and comfortable.

The restaurant staff treated the boys to cakes. ahmed adel from the bar went out of his way for everyone. mahmoud hosny from the restaurant looked after us well at mealtimes. He provided really good service.

Ahmed Adel from the bar was very kind, and he was always friendly with the kids. I noticed Mina from the bar was also smiling and attentive..
The room air conditioning was not ideal. It seemed like an older unit, and it was quite noisy and somewhat unreliable. I had to switch rooms to try to get better AC.

The main restaurant offered flavorful food. Mahmoud Hosny from the restaurant looked after us well during meal times. He even provided cakes for the children in our group, a nice touch.

The hotel provides direct beach access, and space is generally available. The entertainment team kept a lively atmosphere. Plenty of activities were offered for both adults and children to enjoy, especially the aquapark.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Housekeeping services were provided daily. It was nice to return to a fresh and tidy space. Kareem from the cleaning team kept our room super clean and comfortable.
