The breakfast included many choices and a beautiful patisserie selection.

The hot water system is old. Hot water only lasted for 30 minutes which was insufficient.

underwhelming stay despite good location

nonexistent wifi inconsistent housekeeping

The room, booked as a luxury double room, felt more like a standard offering. the advertised wifi was nonexistent in the room (apparently, it just didn't reach that far which is pretty poor in this day and age). housekeeping seemed inconsistent. One day, things were super clean, but the next, it was a miss (a little bit random, i thought). it wasn't terrible, just not quite what i anticipated (considering the hotel's supposed status).

The location was central. I found the staff very friendly and efficient. The hotel welcomed dogs very well.

The small pool size was not proportional to the number of hotel guests.
