charming stay near the port
quick walk secure parking
i appreciated the hotel's location in the lively st nicolas quarter, it was a quick walk to many attractions. secure car parking was a bonus. i found the breakfast to be excellent, it included a wide variety of choices and good quality items, but the street can be noisy at night.
my room was quite small. i also found the lack of a mini fridge inconvenient, especially during warmer months.

the reception staff were friendly and helpful. they provided assistance with directions and local recommendations. the staff efficiently managed our requests, but missed refilling toiletries one day.

Quiet Location, Great Experience
quiet street bookable parking
the breakfast WAS lovely. I appreciate the mix of hot and continental options. Location IS also perfect. It is on a quiet street only a few minutes walk to the harbor. The secure bookable parking was great.
drilling began early in the morning. This continued until 5 pm, unpleasant.

the recently refurbished room was lovely. The shower IS also very nice. I liked that there were coffee and tea facilities IN the room and i could mirror Netflix from my devices on the tv.

I found the service excellent. staff was helpful with directions. they always responded quickly to my requests. I appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any issue i had .

I enjoyed the conservatory. It was great. There was also an option to sit outside the hotel. This area was really relaxing after a long day of exploring the city.

small room inconsistent breakfast
The room size proved smaller than anticipated. Limited space made it challenging to relax fully. the breakfast service quality seemed inconsistent. Some items were not replenished promptly. This caused delays and inconvenience during the morning rush. the experience felt somewhat compromised.

The hotel location IS excellent, near the harbor. The breakfast had lots of choices. Parking underground was free, a big plus.
The corridor decor to the room felt dark. The room air conditioning resets after some hours. I think the price is somewhat overpriced for facilities.

fantastic stay!
gluten-free options convenient location charming staff
I found the breakfast superb. The gluten-free options were available. the location worked very well for me, near the port. the staff were charming and helpful .
i think the air conditioning system has some small issues.

the hotel included secure parking , a feature i used. a bar provided drinks in the evenings, a great way to relax. the area allocated for breakfast allows dogs to come along, nice.

the hotel is close to everything including the central market, a great advantage. it is literally outside the charming square of place de la fourche that has great restaurants. it is a very short step from the port and city center.
