good selection coffee facility good location
The breakfast included a very good selection. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room. The location worked well, I was invited to a wedding close by.
The pillows felt lumpy.

breakfast selection friendly staff stained carpet bathroom door
the breakfast selection had many options. the full english breakfast included plenty of food and it tasted good. staff were very friendly and helpful with all requests.
the carpet was stained and i noticed it immediately. also, the doors to the bathroom did not shut properly, which i found a bit annoying.

pleasant stay, good location
single room high standard guest entrance
the ensuite single room had luxurious furnishing it was comfortable for one person i arrived before check-in time staff accommodated me well room service maintained a high standard i found it convenient. i had easy access due to a guest-only entrance and this added to my comfort the accommodation is near many restaurants i appreciated that. breakfast was large i could hardly finish it the television in my room had good sound.

Adequate stay. Some shortcomings observed
noisy breakfast worn towels
The breakfast was oily and lacked flavour. Ingredients seemed cheap. radio 1 played loudly near the tv. a video call in reception, disrupted breakfast. There was much noise. towels showed significant wear. I recommend bringing your own toiletries as shampoo was unavailable. the bathroom door also did not shut correctly.
