I was impressed by the shared kitchen facilities. They included tea, coffee, water, and snacks . The room featured stylish decor, and I found the bed to be comfortable. the staff assisted me in recovering a left-behind valuable item. I greatly appreciated their attentiveness.
I found the sound isolation lacking. The noise from people entering and exiting, along with conversations in adjacent rooms, was audible. This impacted the sleep quality.

reasonable stay

clean room comfortable bed free water good coffee machine noise isolation sliding door late night noise
i found the room clean. the bed felt comfortable. the shared kitchen offered free bottled water. a good coffee machine was available.
I could hear everyone coming and going. i could hear people talking in their rooms. The sliding doors did not block much sound. other guests were up until 4 am. Someone shouted in the corridor for a couple of hours. the noise kept me awake.

immaculate room comfortable stay excellent service
The room was immaculate and comfortable. I would definitely book again when returning. The bar was good, also the food. I appreciated the excellent service there.
I got confused about breakfast availability. I'm still not sure if there was a breakfast. A resident breakfast menu existed in the room, however a priced one was in the shared kitchenette.

The location was very central. The hotel is situated right in the town centre, with easy access to nearby amenities. Three car parks are nearby, including one that offered very good value for parking.

Staff sorted out a double room request to a twin straight away. The staff in the bar gave excellent service. They were very helpful and ensured all needs were met promptly and efficiently.

Breakfast at the restaurant was very good. The Solo breakfast was a huge meal. The hotel includes a bar offering both food and drinks, therefore guests can relax.
