the staff showed such kindness! check-in was very easy, and they stored my luggage because i arrived early. i discovered a big tub in my room, it provided such relaxation after seeing the sights. room service delivered tasty meals promptly, which i found amazing!!!

I was disappointed to find the hotel was undergoing refurbishment. It was like a building site inside, with temporary setups for the bar and reception. Walking through the dining area to reach my room was also inconvenient.
