the location was acceptable, offering reasonable access to various points of interest.
the online check-in system seemed pointless, as i still had to check in at the reception. this seemed like an unnecessary step. furthermore, the food i ordered took an unreasonable amount of time to arrive, about 1 hour and 45 minutes. additionally, the telephone in my room was not functional, requiring me to use my mobile for all calls. this added to my frustration with the stay.

The room was modern, quiet and clean. The selection of tea and coffee was good, and the free water was welcome. I stayed on the 7th floor and the new bathroom was AMAZING!!! The marble and the large walk-in shower were great.
The room got very hot. I also saw a few stains on the bed sheet cover and carpet.

The room was spacious and clean. I had all I needed. Breakfast offered many choices. I could even ask a chef for poached eggs. The bar area was pleasant.
I stayed on a 'dream and dine' package. The set menu had limited options. I ended up eating similar courses each night. This was not clear when I booked.
