Loved it! Great city stay!

The hotel's location is super convenient. I found a Tesco store nearly next door, perfect for quick needs. Check-in was quick, I got a large room. The bed was so comfortable. I barely noticed my partner moving. The big smart TV and lots of plugs were very useful.
The air conditioning didn't work well and didn't cool the room enough. I had to open the window, this let outside noise in.

Breakfast was busy, but it included more than a standard English breakfast. The staff was really stretched, this impacted speed. I noticed the breakfast had diverse food options.

The room was super clean! It offered a nice size bed and a big smart TV. The setup separated the bathroom from the toilet, a layout I appreciate. There was a safe, an iron, and an ironing board.

The swim pool was a nice bonus. I saw slots need to be booked. The hotel gym had sufficient equipment, even with many children using it at different times.

The hotel location is hard to beat because it's super central! It has shops, restaurants, and the docks within walking distance. Access was very easy, so that was great.

The gym had excellent new equipment. I loved it! I particularly enjoyed the sauna room after each session. A water fountain by the sauna is a must! Easy towel access and roomy shower cubicles are available. The location was just top, near shops and main attractions.
The hotel didn't supply bottled water upon my arrival. Such a little detail. It is a small negative point though.

The hotel is close to popular spots. The Cavern Pub is a ten minute walk. The shopping centre is only a minute away. Albert Dock is also just a ten minute walk.

The location was acceptable. It was near shops.
the room air conditioning did not work and it got very hot. i checked out early at 5 am because it was so uncomfortable. the receptionist was very rude and asked why i left early.
