the hotel's location is a real plus. it is very close to the city center. i was able to leave my luggage after my stay and collect it later. i found soft pillows that didn't give me a neck ache.
the bed was hard and uncomfortable. i could hear neighbours, a machine noise outside. in the morning i was awakened by a loud noise. it sounded like big washing machines.

the breakfast buffet included soy yogurt and a variety of fresh fruits this was a plus for dietary options the room had a kettle along with tea and coffee supplies a welcome touch after a day of exploring the soap and toiletries provided had a pleasant scent enhancing the overall experience
i noticed some noise coming from what sounded like machinery outside i would have preferred a quieter room

The breakfast had an excellent supply of toiletries and food in the room. That part was acceptable.
The room turned out not climatized as advertised. I had to ask at reception, and they told me I couldn't change the temperature. I could only open the window. I am not paying this money to open a window.
