The room was a good size! i had a beautiful room. the breakfast had a good variety of foods. staff were friendly. the air conditioning in my room worked very well.
The tv system felt quite old. the channels were limited, though i didn't spend much time watching television. it would be great to see an upgrade here. It felt outdated. i couldn't find an international news channel.

it's near many restaurants offering various cuisines. i also noticed the proximity to several historical landmarks, like churches and parks, that are within walking distance. a convenience store is situated just a few steps away.

The staff were professional, polite, and very attentive. They arranged a dinner reservation for ten people quickly. The room i stayed in was quite spacious and included a large bed. AC WORKED WELL.

The breakfast options were fantastic , with eastern and western dishes. FRESH fruit and a variety of drinks were available each morning. The lunch and dinner buffet options seemed excellent , but i did not have a chance to experience them.

the staff were very friendly and helpful from the doorman to the restaurant i found the location perfect for shopping there were many food options nearby the breakfast offered a good buffet i didn't expect that given the price i paid for the room the room was clean and spacious with free parking available.
the gym needs an upgrade it could use new equipment and i would like to see a sauna added in the future

the general infrastructure of the hotel is well maintained and updated the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices including many fruits the colonial style gives the hotel a very elegant feeling along with the swimming pool.

the staff across all departments including the doorman bellboy reception and restaurant were friendly and helpful their kindness and willingness to assist enhanced the overall experience i found that they were always ready to address any needs.
