limited breakfastinsufficient tea
i was a bit disappointed with a few things. firstly, the breakfast times were very limited. i could not have it unless i was up by 7am, even though it was included in my rate. secondly, i found the number of tea bags in the room was insufficient. these small details impacted my stay..

the room they gave me, a beautiful double room, were big. it had lots of space and a very comfort bed. breakfast was a really best breakfast, i ever eat in a hotel. the hot food they cook to order were great.
the room, weren't very clean. the skirting boards get very dusty and the duvets have wee stained. i felt a bit dirty when i realise what we were sleep in. this is not good when you pay such money.

the staff showed such kindness at the bar and reception, it was like a warm hug. the swimming pool included a sauna and steam room, which i found so relaxing. my little ones were happy to see flotation devices available for children, such a thoughtful touch.
our bedroom felt a bit large and lacked warmth, it could benefit from a loving refresh. the in-room phone had a loose wire, a small detail that felt a bit out of place.
