central stay
included parking early arrival central location helpful staff
Parking gets tight especially when the hotel is busy, i tried to come back before 4pm. it is included, a big plus in the city. the city center is nearby. Walking around is easy. the staff helped me with directions.
the room decor feels slightly old and the corridors could use brighter lighting. it wasnt a big deal but something i noticed.

The classic double room includes a jacuzzi bath, that was great after a long day. a coffee maker and tea kettle were in the room, which i used every morning. the bed was firm. I slept well.

The staff were accommodating. They helped with moving my mother to a room with an accessible shower. check-in was fast. I appreciated the good service.

I enjoyed a comfortable Double Room Single Occupancy . The breakfast had a wide selection of food to choose from, AMAZING!!! The staff were friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. I loved the central location. I easily walked to shops and pubs.
The hotel parking filled up quickly. I had to search for alternative parking nearby.

friendly staff live entertainment
I really liked the wonderful staff. They were great. The food was very good, and the live entertainment in the bar was EXCELLENT. I will always stay at this hotel, the breakfast is great. The location is great. It's a short walk to the center.
I was partly booked for parking and had none. The room was slightly cold with no mains heating, and there was only a portable radiator. The floor was pretty but needed a DEEP clean. The showers water pressure left much to be desired.

The staff was very cute, and always on hand to assist with any questions. They were friendly, always willing to help and particularly approachable. The reception staff were very helpful.

The hotel has a great location close to Killarney House. It is also near to the railway and city center. It is easy to get to excursions and a trip to the national park from here.

The bar and the restaurant are beautiful, with great value. It has use of the pool in the tower hotel, less than two minutes walk. There is live entertainment in the bar too.

fabulous staff really good food poor parking unclean bar
the staff were fabulous. i found the food really good, too.
the parking facilities were really poor! i drove hours to get there, and when i arrived, there was a sign saying parking was full. the bar wasn't clean.
