Underwhelming Stay Lacked Expected Quality

strange odorno housekeeping
I encountered issues with the room assigned to me. The initial room was not what I expected. It had a strange odor. I requested a room with a balcony, but was informed that my room type did not include one. It seemed my reservation details were not honored. Also housekeeping was not provided during my four-night stay. I was told it only happened for stays longer than eight nights unless I paid extra.

The gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i also used the vending machines in the basement. They provided drinks, including alcohol.
