The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet during the night. I appreciated the comfortable beds, especially the pillows (they made a big difference!). The restaurant was amazing, the croquetas were beyond delicious.

the location was excellent close to various restaurants and transportation options i received a complimentary bottle of water each day and the room proved to be spacious. the bed was quite comfortable and ensured restful nights. the hotel staff was also friendly.
there was no handle on the balcony door in my room it was a little inconvenient. during a blackout there was a lack of guidance from the hotel this was concerning.

local people mentioned the restaurant standard as very good. the breakfast and bar area on the roof deck was wonderful. wine was available in the restaurant.

The breakfast was GREAT. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the hotel's interior design because it is of a VERY high standard. The hotel served as an oasis offering calm and tranquility in the historic center.
My room windows faced an empty courtyard. It was a little disappointing and felt misleading.

The hotel's location is GREAT. It's right in the middle of sights and restaurants. Everything was within easy walking distance. The hotel serves as a lovely oasis in the heart of the area.

the room had two separate sinks. it featured a rainfall shower, a nice touch. fresh complimentary water was provided daily.
There was noise from nearby streets until about 5 am. I could not open the window.
