small room joke air conditioning
The air conditioning was a JOKE. Staff said it was now "winter" even though it was still warm. the room I received seemed much smaller than what I booked. It didn't resemble the pictures shown online AT ALL.

central location kind gesture subpar cleanliness missing elevator
the location is right next to the rialto bridge. it made it easy to explore the city. the staff helped with my luggage! i found that to be very kind.
The room was not the same as the pictures. the cleanliness was subpar. The curtains looked old. there was no lift. I was on the third floor. That was difficult! the room was noisy too.

the location was excellent near the rialto bridge and shopping areas breakfast was good i appreciated the friendly front desk staff our room was clean overall i had a pleasant stay i was grateful for the hotel's proximity to key attractions, friendly front desk

the hotel is very close to the rialto bridge making it a very convenient location for exploring the city water taxis and gondolas are available right in front of the hotel i liked being able to quickly access transportation options.

the location was convenient. it was very close to the rialto bridge. breakfast offered a sufficient variety to start the day.
the room felt quite small for four people. i also noticed a recurring unpleasant smell in the hotel. the walls showed some signs of needing fresh paint.

great location large selection
i really appreciated the location near the rialto bridge. the staff let me leave my luggage after checkout because my train was later! the breakfast had a large selection too, it was very nice.
the radiator in the bathroom wasn't working on the first day. i reported it three times. it never got fixed, so i showered in an icy cold bathroom

prompt service convenient location clean rooms wonderful air conditioning
i found the location super convenient near the rialto bridge. vaporetto access was easy for reaching the airport and other attractions. the staff promptly booked a water taxi and followed up, they provided great service! the rooms were clean with wonderful air conditioning, it was an absolute lifesaver.
