Service That Shines
really good service modern vibe professional services
The staff provided really good service. They were genuinely friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooftop terrace bar had a really modern vibe and offered ideal food. John Hudson, the pianist, created a special visit by introducing new requested pieces. The location is great. The provided services were professional. Well kept. Check-in and checkout were painless. The staff's attention to detail was excellent. They went out of their way to be helpful and met all needs with professionalism.
The shower was difficult to control. The water temperature fluctuated. The water pressure was also low.

The breakfast was lovely with a fine, pleasant menu. I enjoyed the a la carte service. The bar offered a relaxing atmosphere. The service throughout the hotel was attentive and efficient.

A Haven of Kindness and Beauty
travel sickness pharmacy assistance gin tasting
Our visit was wonderful. Upon arrival, I was greeted with such kindness. They offered ginger ale for my travel sickness. Jozeph assisted my dad in finding a pharmacy and the experience only improved. Francisco made our gin tasting really good. I felt the staff were really nice. The location is perfect. I certainly recommend it!

The hotel is located in a quiet area very close to Piccadilly. I found Green Park Tube station only a block away. Many main sights are easily walkable from here. Several restaurant options are nearby.

I noticed a beautiful cocktail lounge serving really good drinks. A piano singer played on Friday evening. I also found a rooftop bar available. Turndown service happened each evening.

fantastic stay!
convenient location spacious room cosy bar
the location is convenient. it is walkable to many sights and close to tube stations. the room was spacious and i had everything i needed. the bar is very cosy. the food was great and the bartender remembered me.
