disappointing water policy and room issues

the breakfast was acceptable.
I was really frustrated that they only provided two small bottles of water per day. I seemed like i would get kidney problems because of dehydration. asking for more water was met with a flat, apathetic response, 'we only provide 2 bottles a day per room'.

the staff was polite and helpful. it is a good sign when local people also use the hotel.
I upgraded to a premier room, but the room condition was bad. the shower was weak. It took 15 mins to wash off the soap. i kept sneezing in the morning because of the old air conditioning (this was really annoying).

I found the staff very polite and accommodating. The breakfast had many options and was tasty. i enjoyed the location. It offered nice views. The new year's eve party featured amazing FIREWORKS.
The room had two double beds. It wasn't what i expected when travelling with my child.

The staff showed amazing accommodation, surpassing my expectations. I found the breakfast offered many choices, blending international and traditional meals seamlessly. the bed provided great comfort, complemented by the pillows. The location worked well for accessing ayala or sm and meeting friends, i felt. i loved the ambience, reminiscent of the days of the cebu plaza days!
I found that the seaview room i booked, as always, was not available upon arrival, though they were still available online.
