I was charmed with the hotel's service. EVERY staff member was friendly and helpful. Mark, the driver, provided a nice inland tour. The room had COMFORTABLE furnishings and was close to many walkable destinations. I loved my stay here.
The bed had sections that felt uneven. It detracted SLIGHTLY from the overall sleep quality.

The staff are polite and always SO helpful. They are attentive to my requests. the breakfast buffet had SO many options and everything tasted freshly cooked. on-site nurses visited my room when i felt unwell, very caring.
the air conditioning was noisy.

the breakfast buffet offered a perfect variety. the staff proved helpful and friendly . i also appreciated that the location is excellent, being right across from the ayala mall and within walking distance.
sound proofing in the room was not good. i could hear sounds from the street, including karaoke from across the way. noise from guests next door. the room cleaning was also not great. i had allergy issues each time i entered, so perhaps carpets and the ac need a deep clean.

The phone calls from staff were intrusive. They woke me up at random times wanting to know if I needed anything. I found this disruptive, I came to relax, not to feel like I was at my desk. The carpeting also was moldy.
