the breakfast selection was quite diverse and high quality. the staff, from the concierge to the dining personnel, demonstrated great attentiveness and professionalism. i also appreciated the immaculate condition of my room, with thoughtful gifts enhancing my stay. the bar service stood out, with careful attention to detail in every drink.
i noticed a lack of coffee making facilities within the room. i thought this would have been a standard inclusion in a five star hotel. i missed having the ability to brew a quick cup of coffee in the mornings.

The staff proved helpful for day trip plans around the basque country. They were also very helpful for restaurant recommendations. I especially appreciated the concierge team, they were top. I will definitely come back to this hotel.
There was no coffee machine in the room , and no kettle was present. I consider these basic amenities for a five-star hotel.
