was so good
wide variety helpful staff clean rooms
I enjoyed the breakfast very much, with a wide variety available. the evening meal was also very nice. the staff members were really good. NOTHING was too much trouble. the rooms are comfortable and clean.
the guest wi-fi had no security. this made it hard to do some of my work.

Really good Quality Stay
attentive staff spacious room garden view full english
I found the staff very attentive. The room was spacious and included a garden view (it was quite pretty). The room had controllable heating, and i found it nice and warm. Breakfast was substantial. I chose a full English.
The manager seemed to focus more on other guests than on me. I wanted another drink but didn't have the chance to order.

friendly staff soft pillows
the staff was always friendly. the rooms provided lovely comfort (i particularly enjoyed the soft pillows).
i noticed the manager paid more attention to other guests than to us.

warm welcome really good food comfortable bedroom
the staff provided constant warmth. the food was really good. i felt so cared for . i appreciated the lovely area and found it quite peaceful. the bedroom was very comfortable and well-equipped, with plenty of space for my belongings.

A decent visit
friendly staff adequate breakfast ample storage missing carpet sound insulation room standard
the staff was friendly. the breakfast provided adequate fuel for the day ahead. i liked having patio doors opening directly into the garden from my bedroom. the room offered ample storage with sufficient wardrobe and drawer space.
my room was not a true 4-star experience. the floor lacked carpet. it was not helpful for sound insulation. i could hear sounds from the room above.
