the hotel boasts excellent facilities. i particularly enjoyed the pool and spa area. parking was convenient underneath the hotel. its location allowed for easy access to the city.
the absence of coffee and tea making facilities was disappointing. i expected such amenities in the room. there was no water either.

the staff from the reception, to the bar, to the breakfast room, were all friendly. the reception was cute. the restaurant staff was particularly attentive. i found the team very helpful.

an okay stay, but some issues
super reception staffdirty room towel
the reception staff was super, so i appreciated this aspect.
i found a dirty towel in my room when i arrived, it was left by previous guests. i also didnt receive any complimentary water or slippers. the room was clean but felt quite bare.

pool maintenance
the pool was closed for maintenance i was quite disappointed this wasn't mentioned beforehand i booked with the expectation of swimming but it wasn't possible trying to contact management about it proved difficult my emails and calls went unanswered i feel this lack of communication was unacceptable
