Solid Stay Near the Station
perfect location helpful staff clean common area useful bed
The hotel's closeness to the main train station proved beneficial. Staff members were helpful for directions. Common areas were clean. I found the in-room bathroom to be a plus. The bed had both a power outlet and reading lamp. I found it very useful.
The pillows felt cheap and didn't provide enough neck support during sleep.

FANTASTIC Stay!
amazing location enclosed parking
This hotel is great! The location is AMAZING for walking to the Market Square, just minutes away! We were able to park our rental van in the enclosed parking garage directly behind the hotel for only 5 EUR per day, so easy! I really enjoyed my stay.
The room lacked temperature control, I found that it could be improved. There was no kettle available, and the bed was quite hard! it's a place I really enjoyed.

The breakfast buffet offers varied options, all reasonably priced. You can also cook at the breakfast area. A special cooking room is available. I got a cappuccino that was just PERFECT!

Ian was helpful at check-in and gave us restaurant recommendations and tips. Staff are very polite and allowed earlier check in, really convenient! The service was very friendly!

The room was clean with comfy beds and plenty of space for everyone in our party. The bathroom was well designed, modern, and very nice! It was really perfect, I must say.

convenient location clean room friendly staff no refrigerator extra charge missing glasses
I found the location very convenient. The hotel is situated close to the train station. The room was clean and spacious. I really liked the friendly staff. They were helpful.
I noticed that the room lacked a refrigerator. There were no glasses available in the room either. I had to pay extra for a glass, that was unexpected.

hairs on bed paid glass
i thought the location was great, so close to the train station. the room looked clean at first glance, but i found some hairs on the bed. it reminded me of they hadn't really cleaned well under the surface. also, i was missing basic amenities. i had to pay extra for a glass, which i found quite annoying.
