i appreciated the dog-friendly atmosphere. My dog received a present, a blanket, and nice feeding bowls. The staff was very attentive and efficient, being very friendly. The hotel provided a lot of privacy. i enjoyed great room service as well.

my room faced an internal courtyard , so the view was uninspired. the minibar was sparsely stocked , offering only a few soft drinks and some water. the absence of snacks and alcoholic beverages was a noticeable oversight for a supposedly five-star hotel , leaving me somewhat disappointed.

the luxury spot has beautiful gardens. i found a nice cake and coffee terrace on site, a perfect way to unwind (the pastries were lovely).
the most important thing is sleeping comfort. the rooms have an odour that reflects the 'classicism' of the hotel.

The room was a wonderful size. I appreciated the massive bed and seating area. The bathroom was also a good size and overlooked the lake. The hotel is near the main station with easy access via bus and tram links at the bottom of the hotel drive.
The hot tub was boarded over. I also noticed the sauna wasn't very hot.

The breakfast area featured sensational high ceilings and chandeliers, a nice setting for the morning. The service standards were high, with staff deserving great praise for their really good attentiveness and dedication to quality.
