okay stay
quiet room train station easy parking strong odor unpleasant smell
the room was really quiet. it was nice it was on the back side of the main train station. i liked i could walk through the altstadt. easy parking was available direct at the hotel at an acceptable price.
upon check-in, the receptionist insisted i booked for one night. i had actually reserved two. the hallway on the floor had a strong odor. it smelled like urine and it was very unpleasant.

reliable stay near the station
central station effective soundproofing convenient parking sizable room
the hotel is close to the central station entrance i could walk there easily. the room was quiet even though a fair was near the station square i appreciate the soundproofing. the hotel offers convenient parking in the inner courtyard with direct access from the lobby the price was acceptable. the room size was sizable.
the walls had some minor tears and holes in places and common area toilets ran for a while.

Check-in was fast even when arriving late at night the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. the check-out process was quick and easy. I only needed to remember to pay for parking at reception.

the breakfast buffet provided many options for different diets. i found a lot of choices for lactose and gluten intolerance it was useful. there were fresh vegetables offered at breakfast too like paprika.

Acceptable, but Some Issues
broken photo frame non-working telephone
The location is very convenient, right by the main train station.
The receptionist did not seem to know of my updated plan despite my attempts to inform them by email and phone. I received a room with a broken photo frame and a non-working telephone. Upon complaining, they gave me another room and a complimentary water bottle, but my request for a packed breakfast was denied.
