this hotel has a great location near the train station. breakfast included many choices for food. i liked that the staff were helpful and friendly. they gave me a cot for my baby at no charge.
the room was dimly lit and not very bright. i did not find enough zones for light.

staff were genuinely friendly, and they were very helpful throughout the whole stay. the reception staff greeted us warmly and provided useful information about local transport. i appreciated their swift responses when i had questions regarding amenities.

location is perfect for exploring the historical center. it has an unbeatable position facing the wallanlage park. i could walk to many of the main attractions from the hotel without issues.

the hotel is in a great location, very close to the historical center. I found parking options nearby, and the staff proved to be very supportive. my room was big, modern, and clean, so I appreciated that a lot.
during my stay, i found that the pillows were not good. they were quite thin, so i had to ask for extra pillows to be more comfortable. that was annoying

The breakfast was good, and I appreciated the variety. Warm dishes were available too. there were many options of bread, james, hams, eggs, and fruits, really nice. honeys and other things were also available.

The hotel offers a sauna and gym facilities. That's a nice addition. a special parking area exists inside just for bikes, practical. there IS also a spa, but i did not have the time to try it.

The staff are always ready to answer your questions. They all speak english. the reception staff were friendly and helpful? they even provided an extra bed for free, which i found convenient. cleaning could be better

location of the hotel was convenient for getting around.
the air conditioning in my standard king room was not working properly, it struggled to cool the room even on the lowest setting. the noise from outside was too much because i could here traffic all night. the breakfast buffet lacked variety and seemed repetitive each morning, i hoped for more options.
