porthole windows nice bathrooms accessible subway uncomfortable bed noise levels pastries variety
the rooms are very well appointed. they have large porthole windows that open, that was a great feature. the bathrooms were nice and well equipped with necessities. the lobby was good with family. the hotel is located close to many attractions, and the subway makes everything accessible.
the beds were not comfortable. noise levels outside the hotel kept me up at night. ear plugs were provided near the bed, i used them. the breakfast buffet was sadly lacking. they needed more variety of pastries.

A Decent Experience
convenient location helpful staff clean hotel small room small restroom cold room
The location is very convenient. It is super close to Chelsea market. The staff are friendly and helpful, nice. The hotel itself is clean and well kept.
The room felt quite small for the price. The round window glass is interesting, BUT the restroom is also small. I also noticed the room was cold.
