the location is accessible. rooms are spacious. breakfast had massive choice of food. staff was friendly and helpful.
the parking in the underground carpark felt very tight to maneuver in and out of.

My room was not entirely clean upon arrival. The toilet was not properly cleaned and the bathroom smelled of urine. there was also evidence of silverfish. furthermore, the curtains looked not to have been cleaned in a very long time.

i liked the location. it was easy to reach by car. the personnel was friendly and helpful. the parking lot had enough space for my suv, i was careful when driving to another level though.
the pool in the spa area was cold. sauna coasts extra fee. i think this could improve.

The location was acceptable, close to the city center.
The hotel bar was closed on Sunday and Monday nights. The advertised Weinstube was not open at all. It was shut from mid-July to mid-August (during the height of the tourist season, strangely enough).
