slow check-in elevator noise
the check-in process was notably slow. i had to wait an unreasonable amount of time despite multiple staff members being present (it was almost like they were avoiding eye contact). additionally, the room i initially received was right by the elevator. this resulted in constant noise disturbances at all hours. the hotel did offer a different room, but it was similarly located.

Really good Service and Comfortable Stay
friendly staff quality food excellent service beachfront strip
The staff was friendly and accommodating. I loved the beachfront and the strip for walking. The hotel has a variety of restaurants and offers quality food. The team provided attention to detail and commitment to excellent service.
The main pool felt cramped, and the changing rooms lacked cleanliness and private cubicles.

The room included a private balcony that offered direct access to the beach. Access to the kids club was convenient and added value for families with children staying at the hotel.

The breakfast offered multi-cultured options that catered to different tastes. The restaurants provided really good service and delicious meals. I found the smaller restaurants offered a more enjoyable experience.

great breakfast festive atmosphere helpful service excellent location small bedroom rude behavior
The location was excellent, offering great access to the beach. The breakfast was ALSO very good, with a wide variety of options. The Christmas decorations throughout the hotel created a nice, festive atmosphere. Abdul was helpful . His service was AMAZING!!!
The room they gave me initially was not the room I had booked. It was a small side bedroom with a view of an adjacent building. I was moved to a twin-bedded room, not ideal. The daily corporate events made it clear corporate customers are valued MORE than paying guests. Bombardier's behavior in the restaurant was particularly rude.
