the rooms were large and modern. the housekeeping team was very good at their role, especially urmila.
the lobby is on the 6th floor it is inconvenient. getting to the room requires two different elevators the elevators are shared with staff.

The art pieces throughout the hotel were stylish and modern.
The receptionist did not provide enough guidance about hotel facilities when I checked in. I was also disappointed that there was no cake in the room for my boyfriend's birthday, despite my request. The bathroom amenities had tags warning of extra charges if taken. This felt a bit budget, and it did not match the 5-star rating (a small cake would have been nice).

The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Daily room service kept everything clean. The pool area was relaxing. I enjoyed the comfortable loungers. The hotel had multiple restaurants with diverse menu options. All provided quality food.
The elevators required multiple transfers, which occasionally caused delays.

The hotel features a large, modern gym equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. These facilities were well-kept. There were also several dining options, from casual cafes to fine dining restaurants, so guests had options. The pool area included a temperature-controlled pool and a sun deck.

Staff members were attentive and helpful, addressing requests promptly. The front desk offered efficient check-in. Concierge services aided in planning excursions. They provided useful information about local attractions, though the parking was expensive!
