i found the breakfast buffet offered a good selection. the food tasted fresh. the staff was friendly and efficient. the heated bathroom floor was a treat after a shower, specially when outside its cold.
the air conditioner was hard to adjust so it was either too cold or too warm.

The location is near the train station and many restaurants! The Echo restaurant offered traditional Swiss cuisine. I thought it was excellent. The room had a good view and was very good, I enjoyed it. The gym included a sauna and enough equipment.
The carpet in my room seemed a bit dated.

the staff were really nice . i was so impressed by their care, diligence and kindness.
despite reaching out to the hotel front desk multiple times, the problem with the safety box was not resolved. This caused considerable inconvenience and frustration.
