the hotel location worked well. it was easy to get to the airport by tram. the tram stop was a minute from the hotel. the room included kitchen equipment, a nice extra at reasonable price.
the room was small and cramped. breakfast options were limited for vegetarians. i felt the breakfast area was crowded.

location is near shopping amenities. it is close to the tram stop with direct access to the airport. zurich bahnhofstreet is connected, too. it is ideal for a stay over.

the rooms they gave was very clean. also the gym was excellent. i did found the equipment for keeping in shape was good and plentiful. this meant my exercise regime wasn't affected.
the ac, was not working at its best and the room was hot. pillows felt lumpy and the comfort was not good. i think they must invest to change this.

The room was clean, and I could easily get to the tram and airport.
My room faced a VERY busy road. The constant car noise at night made it HARD to sleep. The front desk service was also slow, possibly because of computer system problems. It took an HOUR to complete check-in. I found this disappointing after a long trip.
