Charming Hotel Stay
central location friendly staff comfortable bed
The hotel had a very central location, so many restaurants are nearby. I found the staff friendly, they are helpful. I got provided with a bottle of drinking water each day. water was available in the common room . The bed are comfortable, the pillows are good too.
The bars in the neighborhood caused a bit of noise at times.

The room felt clean, it met my expectations. I enjoyed the good lighting. The hotel paid lots of attention to the details, the size was decent and it had a unique backlight above the bed.

The breakfast had good variety, meats, cheeses, fruits, and breads were available. Complimentary drinks were offered in the lounge. I dined at Swiss Chuchi, the restaurant in the hotel, it is one of the more popular spots.

This hotel features a fabulous location, preparation for flights back to North America was stress-free. The pedestrian street is busy, so the location is central. The river walk is close too, that was nice.

satisfactory stay in central location
the hotel's location was excellent a short walk from the train station. i also appreciated the complimentary water and soft drinks that were available.
my room was on the first floor near the elevator and above the kitchen there was considerable noise throughout the night. the bed was not particularly comfortable it had a protective layer that created uncomfortable ripples.

helpful staff complimentary water central location comfortable room
the staff were very helpful. i appreciated the complimentary bottled water. the location was central, close to both the train station and shopping streets. the renovated room on the first floor was compact, but it was quite comfortable.
the noise from outside was noticeable at night, affecting sleep quality a bit
