The check-in and check-out processes were straightforward. The reception and bar staff proved friendly and helpful.
I found significant issues with the room upkeep. The provided sheets were not properly fitted to the twin beds (they were just folded across). This meant i had to remake the beds myself after requesting clean sheets from housekeeping. The carpets in the corridors looked filthy and the dim lighting certainly did not improve this aspect (i guess they tried to hide it).

Check-in was quick. The staff at reception helped me immediately. The bar included games such as pool and table tennis (a nice touch!). I found my room to be quite clean and well-decorated.
