excellent equipment breakfast buffet central location
The gym had excellent equipment, including three treadmills. The breakfast buffet offered MANY choices and fresh options. The location is very central. I walked to nearby shops easily.
The in-room phone did not connect to the reception desk.

Mediocre Experience with Some Issues
broken heating unavailable blankets
The bed was comfortable.
The heating did not work. I phoned the helpdesk and someone was supposed to fix it. Nobody came. They moved me to another room. That room also lacked heating. I requested extra blankets, but they couldn't provide those either.

slow lift musty smell
The hallway had a musty smell, off-putting. only one lift was working, and it was SO slow. It. I expected better for the price I paid.

unfitted sheets filthy carpets
The check-in and check-out processes were straightforward. The reception and bar staff proved friendly and helpful.
I found significant issues with the room upkeep. The provided sheets were not properly fitted to the twin beds (they were just folded across). This meant i had to remake the beds myself after requesting clean sheets from housekeeping. The carpets in the corridors looked filthy and the dim lighting certainly did not improve this aspect (i guess they tried to hide it).

Check-in was quick. The staff at reception helped me immediately. The bar included games such as pool and table tennis (a nice touch!). I found my room to be quite clean and well-decorated.
