fantastic stay NEAR sol

The staff let me check in early since my room was ready SOON. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful to me. I also appreciated that my room was very quiet despite being right off Santa Ana square BECAUSE of the double glazed windows. I would stay here again DUE TO the proximity to Sol station.
The narrow streets made it a bit difficult for ride-sharing services to access the hotel AT times.

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Everything!

I found the location unbeatable! I could easily walk to many key attractions. The staff were friendly and always available to assist with directions or recommendations. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, including the daily refreshed rooms!!!

Acceptable hotel experience

The location offered access to plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were fairly comfortable and a nice balcony was available I liked the breakfast. It included a buffet with a lot of choices.
Everything looked aged and the bathroom smelled of mould after entering the shower I didn't like the terrible lighting. The front staff dismissed my concern about the room being wide open.

The location is excellent. It's close to many restaurants and bars. the staff was helpful and friendly . the breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of options. I found scrambled eggs and sausages particularly good. the air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool.
the bathroom smelled slightly of mold when i used the shower.
