I found the location convenient with easy access to main streets. The room was very clean. I was pleased with the comfortable beds. They ensured a good night's sleep. A big departmental store with huge supermarket just behind the hotel.
The front desk staff was not very friendly.

The hotel's location proved convenient, situated just off Gran Via.
The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. This did not dissipate . Using the app, I had reserved for three guests, but the room only accommodated two (which was a surprise, honestly). We had to improvise on the first night and then pay an extra 52 euros per day for my child to sleep on the sofa.

The location was good. I look for a clean hotel with reasonable rooms as I am sightseeing most of the day.
The front desk staff were the rudest people I have ever encountered. They were totally not helpful at all. Thin walls allowed me to hear every single thing.
